Feel Stronger
One REP at a Time

About REPS

At REPS, we believe that movement is one of the most powerful tools for health and longevity. As Accredited Exercise Physiologists, we bridge the gap between the clinical world of healthcare and the high-performance world of fitness.

Our mission is to provide evidence-based, individualised exercise interventions that empower our clients to take control of their health. We are driven by our core values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism; values that shape every interaction we have. In short, we provide “expertise you can trust, care you can feel.”

Whether you are navigating a complex chronic condition, recovering from major surgery, or looking to optimise your athletic performance, we provide the expert guidance and accountability needed to reach your goals safely. We look forward to helping you move better and feel stronger, one rep at a time.

Why see an
Exercise Physiologist?

Exercise is one of the most powerful tools for recovery, but knowing how to use it safely can be a challenge, especially when you are sick or injured. As university-trained practitioners with four years of specialised study, we bridge the gap between "working out" and clinical rehabilitation.

We create personalised programs that respect your limitations while pushing toward your goals. We help clients navigate countless acute and chronic conditions but below are some common conditions:

Line drawing of a person leaning forward with one hand on their back and the other on their hip, highlighting lower back pain.

Chronic Pain
Back, neck, and shoulder injuries

Outline of two noses and two chins with lines indicating pain or discomfort.

Age-Related Health
Osteoporosis, muscle loss and falls prevention

Blue outline heart with an electrocardiogram line inside.

Long-Term Conditions
Heart disease, T2DM, COPD, and Parkinson’s

Do You Bulk Bill?

YES At REPS, we believe that health care should be accessible to everyone. That is why we are one of the few remaining Exercise Physiology businesses who still bulk bill, despite rising business costs.

To access a bulk billing Exercise Physiology appointment you will need a chronic condition management plan referral from your GP. Once you have it, just call us to arrange a no out-of-pocket cost appointment today.
