Meet our Exercise Physiologist

Jonathan Reeves
Exercise Physiologist / Founder

Jonathan’s mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Born and raised in Townsville, Jonathan’s passion for health and fitness began in primary school and has remained a lifelong pursuit. During his teen years, he set his sights on joining the Army and trialling for the Special Forces. To prepare, he committed himself to rigorous strength and conditioning to ensure he was physically ready for such a demanding career.

However, a significant lower back injury sustained during training sidelined him and changed his trajectory. What felt like a devastating setback at the time became a "blessing in disguise," fueling his decision to pivot his aspirations and graduate with a degree in Exercise Physiology from James Cook University.

Today, Jonathan is dedicated to helping others overcome pain and reclaim their lives through the same power of targeted exercise that drove his own recovery. He specializes in low back disorders, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and weight loss. When he isn’t in the clinic, you can find him pursuing his interest in clay target shooting.
