Using Your Medicare Referral at REPS
At REPS, we believe financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of your health. That’s why we offer 100% bulk billing for patients with a Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP). This means no out-of-pocket gap fees for your sessions.What to expect in your 30-minute sessions
The First Visit: We spend the first half of the session getting to know you, diving into your health journey, setting goals, and creating a roadmap. The second half is "hands-on," where we guide you through your specific exercise therapy.
Ongoing Support: Follow-up visits are dedicated to supervised exercise or a clinical review of your program. We’ll tweak and progress your routine to ensure you are completing every movement safely and confidently.

Recover Faster with Targeted Strength and Conditioning
If you have been injured at work, physiotherapy is often the first step, but it shouldn't be the last. Transitioning to therapeutic strength and conditioning is vital to rebuilding the physical capacity required for your job. At REPS, we specialise in assessing the specific demands of your workplace and designing a program to get you back to full strength safely.How to Start
Simply bring your GP referral and WorkCover certificate; REPS will take care of the rest. We handle the communication with your GP, Case Manager, and other providers to ensure your recovery is seamless.What to Expect
Initial Consultation (60 mins): We conduct a deep dive into your injury history, current symptoms, and work status. We perform objective physical testing to measure your current capacity and prescribe your first set of active recovery exercises.
Follow-up Appointments (45 mins): These sessions are dedicated to supervised exercise and clinical reviews. We constantly tweak and progress your program to ensure you are moving safely and gaining confidence.

Private Consultations & Personal Training
You don’t need a GP referral or a chronic condition to take control of your health. Our private services are designed for anyone looking to improve physical performance, manage a niggling injury, or invest in long-term health through expert one-on-one training.Private Health Rebates

What to Expect
Initial Consultation: We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your movement, injury history, and personal goals. From there, we establish your physical baseline and create a custom exercise plan, whether that’s a clinical rehab program or a high-performance personal training routine.
Follow-up Sessions: These focused, one-on-one coaching sessions are where the work happens. We review your progress, refine your technique, and progress your program to ensure you are constantly hitting new milestones.

Maintaining your independence starts with staying strong and steady on your feet. At REPS, we work with older Australians to improve mobility, manage chronic conditions, and reduce the risk of falls, helping you stay in the home you love for longer. We can provide supervised exercise at our commercial gym site, or if needed, meet you at your home.
